The year 2009 and there is a family who lives peacefully. 12 years ago, one of the sons named Hughey dies from a heart failure. This was a tragic loss for the mother, father and the two children: Ulrika and George. 6 years later, the mother and father were killed by a ghost known as the Thief. One night in a quiet town, the Thief strikes again, killing a man in the process. The next morning it's all over the newspapers, so George and Ulrika are fed up of it. They set off to find and give the Thief a battle he won't forget. Also a White Mage, Bennett, joins the party. They battle the Thief many times until they battle it in it's residence, Crisis Castle. This is the time the brother and sister find out something heartbreaking.
